MONOTIPIYA

MONOTIPIYA (from Greek monos - one and typos - a print) - a type of printing graphics, in which paints are put by hand on absolutely smooth surface of a metal board; the unique unique print turns out under pressure on the machine. The MONOTIPIYA differs a subtlety of the color relations and reminds a water color. The MONOTIPIYA is applied also in connection with an etching.

very good article, I would like more info. You list 3 Uzbeks (Artykov, Atadjanov, Kadyrov) who joeind parliament, and 1 korean (Roman Shin). Also, Tajik Sabirov (Respublika) joeind.Who are the 8 Russians you count, and how do you get to 13 total?Also, note Respublika removed Alevtina Zavgorodnaya and Yuri Nizovskii.
