It is vertical format painting. Hans Makart depicted four women who are expressed different style of life. For example, one of the woman is lying in sweet-blissing and looking at her image in the glass. The other woman is holding wine-glass. The third woman is playing on musical instrument. And this is another style and mode of life. The artwork is perfect for Hispanci interior style of home decoration. I do not like the work “The four parts of the world”. It is pale and boring.
