PALETTE KNIFE
 (ит. mestichino) - the tool from flexible steel or a horn. / in the form of a knife or a shovel with bent "the handle.

It is applied by artists to palette cleaning, for partial removal of not dried up paint from a picture. Sometimes the PALETTE KNIFE is used instead of a brush for paint drawing by an equal layer or relief dab.
