Abstraction

One form of art, in which the artist does not seek to reproduce the world around us. The term is applicable to any product which does not depict recognizable objects, but is primarily used to denote the art of the XX century, refused to simulate the real world. Among the first abstract artists were Wassily Kandinsky, Piet Mondrian and Kasimir Malevich.
