For three years now I have been waking up at 6am every mornnig. I exercise for one solid hour mixing cardio and core exercises. After the mornnig routine I begin my day. When I miss two days of this rudimented routine I begin to feel a little agitation. I'm less iritable when I maintain my physical wellness and my performance increases at school and work.

other elements combined. Although this is the usual sky with clouds, somewhere brightly lit by the sun, somewhere - bright azure. Apparently, the author wanted to show his composition, his characters in detached way, not attracting too much attention to them, wanted to show that they are just a part of a big world, each in its own way is interesting and original, but they are only a part of something bigger. Maybe this variety represents whole population of our little Earth.The sky is bigger than it, it is more significant, but it is very supportive, radiant and friendly. It creates a strong sense of confidence in a good, life-affirming and powerful.
