The artwork of Edwin Lord Weeks is vertical format painting. The painting is best and ideally suited for Arabian interior style of home decoration. I do not like the artwork of Edwin Lord Weeks “The Temple and Tank of Walkeschwar at Bombay”. The tone of the painting is not light and warm. The atmosphere is quite depressing. He painted a crowd of people who is gathering near the Temple. It seems that they are religious fanatics and strongly believe in miraculous force of water. So that they are swimming [Expand]
